Phigital greeting cards platform , enable the user to scan a QR code from a phisical Llama card and creating a unique greeting card of his own by uploading digital media such as video picture or voice and share it with his friends.
The world of Classic greeting cards exist for 108 years without any critical change. The digital revolution brought technological and perceptual changes that lead the company to create a new approach for greeting cards
‘Llama Moments’ platform includes mobile App , web App , website and dashboard for managing the QR lists of the whole system.
The first step was a research of similar past apps and digital services that lived in the same environments of greeting platforms, digital greeting cards and also the main field for greetings these days - social networks. The research led us to explore potential users.
In collaboration with a target audience segmentation company,
we determined a target population - the creative class, and created profiles for the three types of users.

We adapted the overall app design, the user experience and the branding for the Creative Class. The app offering a lot of relevant features to the user and wish to be playful, but at the same time to be clean and leave space for the main experience that the app made up for - deliver the greeting between the two users.
Through the entire evolution of the physical and digital product,
the principle that led us was the importance of the main experience -
delivering emotional messages between 2 users in the digital era.
Llama offers her users features like a feed of the user greetings, greetings themes, stickers, prepared greetings, notifications when the recipient opens the greeting, comments, etc...
The final product contains App for IOS and Android, a web app, a dashboard for managing the overall operation and website with an online store.
